Capital Refractories Limited is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Our Privacy Policy is intended to describe to you how and what data we collect, and how and why we use your personal data. What information we collect

To the extent permissible under applicable law, we collect information about you when you:

  • register through our website; this may include your name (including business name), address, email address and telephone number. We may also ask you to provide additional information about your business and your preferences;
  • place an order for products and services; this may include your name (including business name), address, contact (including telephone number and email address) and payment details;
  • complete online forms (including call back requests), take part in surveys or participate in any other interactive areas that appear on our website.
  • provide your contact details to us for information relating to our products or services; and contact us offline, for example by telephone, fax, SMS, email or post.

We will also collect your information where you only partially complete and/or abandon any information inputted into our website and/or other online forms and may use this information to contact you to remind you to complete any outstanding information and/or for marketing purposes.

How you can access, update or delete your data

You have the right to see a copy of the information that we hold about you. We may charge a small fee towards the cost of administering any request you make which is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive.

If we hold any information about you which is incorrect or if there are any changes to your details, please let us know so that we can keep our records accurate and up to date.

Where the processing of your information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

If you make a request to delete your personal data and that data is necessary for the products or services you have purchased, the request will be honoured only to the extent it is no longer necessary or required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements.

We will retain your personal information for the duration of our business relationship and afterwards for as long as is necessary and relevant for our legitimate business purposes or as otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations. We use the information from these cookies to generate reports on the usage of the applicable Online Facilities which are used for evaluation and analysis.
